As a single, working mother, advertising executive by day, and life coach at night, life is very full. Finding harmony, balance and peace of mind can be challenging. My prayers and gratitude help me through the tough times and I am basically calm, peaceful, enthusiastic and optimistic.
Through my own life experiences and sleepless nights, worrying about the future, I have been inspired to reinvent myself and discover creative, new ways to live a more fulfilling life, while teaching my children to like themselves and be respectful.
