About Me
Some people say to me "Show me God I don't believe in anything I can't see" and I say to them the "proof is all around you." Stars,sun,moon,waters,trees,birds,animals,love between man and wife,love of a child,the miracle of life itself and so much more. I believe Jesus died for my sins so I may have eternal life.
I am a mother of 3 children, Brian age 31, Adam age 29, and Heidi age 26. I have one step-son another Brian age 39. I have 6 grandchildren and 2 step-grandsons so far and more to come I am sure. I am married to a wonderful man.
I have a disease which is called "Anxious To Please", or chronically nice, or nice/guy nice/girl syndrome. The technical term from the field of psychology is Adult Anxious Attachment. Not very many people have heard of it. Once they have looked into it or studied about it they usually understand. This is it in a nutshell. We have to please everyone all the time. We don't want to make waves so we just go with the flow. We let people walk all over us with a smile. And we are always nice. When we do speak our minds it puts people into shock and they say we have an attitude problem. We have to be taking care of someone all the time. We have to be helping our adult children all the. We are always afraid that people will not like us so we are always nice. At our jobs we are always trying to make everyone get along. We are the meditator. We are the good listener. We want everyone to be happy. We want peace and calm all the time. We are so busy taking care of others we neglect ourselves. Which is not a good thing.
I am a people person I love to meet new people all the time. I am in the health field which is a good field to be in with this disease.

Hiya! Thanks for the invite! I was near Fort Madison a month ago, and was showing my daughter the 'Mighty Mississip' on the Illinois side...we didn't have to look far from the highway (turned off a stretch and Whoop, there it was!!!) Great thing about living in the Midwest, esp. in smaller towns, is that everyone pulls together when it really matters. Prayers and blessings to you and yours.
