Who Inspires Me:
My children inspire me the most and, in particular, the oldest one who has autism and a congenital heart defect because each day is a new experience for him and he wakes up ready to live and enjoy each day!
My favorite spiritual activities:
Reading our Children's Story Book Bible with my kids; my own quiet time reserved for reading my favorite Bible; listening to Christian music in the car on my way to my on-campus classes

About Me
I am a proud mom who has been blessed with two children. Both of them have disabilities but I can honestly say that they have taught me more than I could ever hope to teach them and I cannot imagine life without them.
I've joined the community to connect with others who, like myself, may sometimes struggle with their faith and wonder if they're making the right decisions and heading in the right direction. At 40 years old, I have started going back to school and it's a struggle for my family right now but I keep getting "messages" that are telling me I've done the right thing. Is that just me really wanting this to work out or am I really heading down the right path that has been chosen for me?
I'm also struggling very much with my marriage right now and am having a real rough time trying to figure out what to do.
I'm looking forward to getting to know some new people who can relate!
