Hi! My name is Tim Warneka. A lifelong Roman Catholic, I am the author of the new book on Catholic Servant Leadership called Black Belt Leader, Peaceful Leader: An Introduction to Catholic Servant Leadership.

I am a keynote speaker, leadership coach, licensed clinical counselor and organizational consultant. I specialize in developing Catholic Servant Leaders. I graduate from the University of Dayton and was profoundly influenced by the Society of Mary's (Marianists) passion for people, prayer and community. For the past 18 years, I have trained in the revolutionary non-violent martial art of Aikido, the principles of which I use to build Emotional Intelligence in the people I serve.
