I am a Pastor.

There is nothing overly spiritual about my view of Jesus. I see a love that doesn't allow me to sit on the fence, but calls me to the side of justice and sacrifice (which can produce a bit of a paradox from time to time.) The Bible that I read is full of broken relationships, intense passion, betrayal, loyalty, whores, saints, angels, demons and a man who claimed to be God. Those living the story seem to get it wrong most of the time (they are like the people that I know.) I find a father in God who knows how to give a good spanking, but longs for me to come home to Him after I grow up. But I can't find my way. And so there is Jesus. He showed me the way home. There is a cross and an empty tomb. I know that everything is gonna be alright. I have hope. I am a Christian.

I have been married to the beautiful Emily since 1995, and am the father to several wonderful children.

God has blessed me with the opportunity and calling to serve Him in full time ministry at Fremont Wesleyan Church in Fremont, Michigan.
