About Me
I am a gay man, married to the finest man I have ever known. Together, we have adopted five children, who are the light of our lives. I have a life that is far better than I ever could have hoped and I thank God daily for my blessings.
I have gotten to know many wonderful people on Beliefnet and enjoy my time here, even as my growing family has limited my free time to be on the internet.
I enjoy discussion and can be stubborn when I think I am right, but I do my best to see all others as beloved Children of God and work to treat them as I would want my own children treated. I try hard to insure that my posts represent the best of me and that I have listened carefully to others. Forgive me when I fall short.

Happy 4th of July - July 4, 2008 - 08:02 PM
Just stopping by to wish you, your partner and your children a very happy 4th of July. I had a quiet day. They had a special Mass this morning for the 4th so I went to that. That was a treat for me. Then my wife and I went to the Mall. Later my parents had us over for hamburgers. My wife had to work this evening so she was bummed out about that and in a bad mood. My son had to work too but now he is home. It is quiet and peaceful and I am wishing my Beliefnet friends (you included - LOL) a happy holiday and listening to records. Enjoy your day and God bless. Peace & Love - Mark
