About Me
I am a member of a progressive Baptist church in eastern Canada. I am the secretary and music coordinator, and also lead a praise team. I love contemporary Christian music and often sing as a soloist. I hope to meet others with a love of music who use their gifts to serve God.
I am also a trainer with POWERtalk International, a non-profit group that coaches in effective speaking. In July 2007 I competed in our world public speaking competition in Australia, where I advanced to the Top 6. I use my skills in speaking and writing to serve God in my church and community.
In July-August 2008 I will be travelling with 19 others from my church to the World Baptist Youth Alliance in Germany. I would love to connect with others who will be in attendance.
