Xanth Series by Piers Anthony, Stephen King (of course), William Sarabande's First American Series, Clan of the Cave Bear and similar type books. James Patterson books, Memoirs of a Geisha. Favorite Movie is Little Big Man with Dustin Hoffman. I like classic rock mostly, but also some country and even a bit of rap. Also enjoy native american flute music while relaxing or reading.

About Me
Hi. I am 41 years old. I have 3 boys, ages 21, 15 & 7. My husband passed away 1 1/2 years ago. I suffer from the disease of addiction. I struggled with drug addiction for many years, but my husband and I got clean and led a happy life for 8 years. When he died, I relapsed, and began doing drugs again, and lost everything and everyone. With God's help, I am blessed to be in recovery and doing well. What I am looking for by joining Beliefnet is to have a positive place to visit. Chat with other like-minded people. By that, I mean, people who want to better themselves and the world around them. I am not a religous person. I do very much believe in God though. I am a spiritual person. I feel that we need to be the best person we can be to ourselves and to others.
