I am hoping to meet other women who are making their lives less complex.  I walk my treadmill everyday and am making more time for mysel to relax.  It isn't always easy and I find myself slipping into old habits of hurrying.  Maybe, just maybe, some other peoples stories and support will help me remember the important things in life!
