About Me:
I am what one would call work-in progress. I blog about mind, body and spirit issues here.
A former venture capitalist, I am now actively retired and enjoying a spiritual journey that never ceases to amaze me.
I lost my wife to cancer (multiple Myeloma) just over three years ago. I was her caregiver for four years prior to that. These were defining years in my life.
I work with cancer patients, teaching them meditation and doing hypnotherapy as they prepare for their treatments.
I am writing a book on my journey from loss to living life again and do a fair bit of speaking and writing about mind/body/spirit issues.
I support an orphanage for blind kids in Bangalore, India (www.rakum.org).
There are 20 million blind children in that country.
My newly released chant CD called "The Magic of Gayatri" is a tool for healing, relieving stress and achieving peace-of-mind. It is a musical and descriptive journey with one of the oldest prayers known to Humanity - the Gayatri Mantra. This rendition invokes the Divine Feminine and involkes the heart and the third-eye chakras.

That was for me a visceral and sweet experience.....something I will never forget. I am here to meet like-minded people who will share their experiences.

Faith Description: I was raised a Saivic Hindu but have not practiced my faith in years. It was only after the passing of my wife a few years ago that I found my way back to my roots. I accept that there is one divine force and that we are all an indivisible part of the collective consciousness.
