I am a hopeful individual who hopes my ideas can be helpful in affirming and expecting good things- for ourselves and our loved ones.

Everytime I wonder what is coming, I tell myself the best is coming, the very best life and love have to offer, the best God and His universe have to send. I then open my hands to receive it. Claim it, and it is mine.

I see the best in my mind. Envision what it will look like, what it will feel like. Focus, until I can see it clearly. I let my whole being, body and soul, enter into and hold onto the image for a moment.

Then, let it go. Come back into today, the present moment. I do not obsess, do not become fearful. I become excited. Living today fully, expressing gratitude for all I have been, all I am right now, and all I am becoming.

I say "thank you" for all things- and expect good things. Hopefully hoping you do the same!
