Hello everyone, My name is Tommy and I have decided to join BeliefNet through a broadcast of Doreen Virtue's weekly show on HayHouse Radio.

Back in July 2007 I was hospitalized with pancreatitis due to extremely high levels of Triglycerides and Cholesterol. After two weeks there I had a lot of time to think and dream and that is when I felt my Grandmother 's presence. She had passed away 3 weeks prior. Needless to say, I also "felt" my Angels were with me during this time.

Upon my release I felt an urgency to make changes spiritually and I am now rediscovering myself. I am here at BeliefNet and other sites to make friends with similar shifts in their lives and get to know MYSELF through you!

I am seeking friendship not romance since I am very, very happy with my Partner of Life, Brian. I ask that you believe in me and pay me a visit from time to time so that I can learn and share experiences.

I am also a Caregiver/Personal Assistant. I provide assistant to a 44 year old man that needs that little "help" in getting through the day. In addition, I assist my elderly neighbors by taking them to their destinations when necessary.

I am passionate about helping others whether it is a smile or giving a hand to someone in need. It's just my nature.

I have been introduced to Theta Healing and have completed my practioner course in "ThetaHealing DNA2 Basic" course this month through Vianna  Stibal.

I have a collection of books written by Doreen Virtue, Ph,D. and many more on topics about auras, crystals and healing. Ironically, I have yet finished any of these books since I am constantly interrupted. So therefore, the many audiobooks that Doreen Virtue has available are downloaded on my MP3 player and I listen to them when I can along with the downloaded broadcasts of Doreen's weekly show on HayHouse Radio.

I also have a great sense of humor so please feel free to laugh along the way with me.......
