About Me
I have always been interested in different religions and understanding different paths to enlightenment- and trying to find the one true way. A Course in Miracles has been my source for guidance and peace for the last 10 years. Life has been ok, but still I am looking forward to going home- where ever that is. I've been able to create a lot of goodness in this life but it never hits the spot.
What else? I live two blocks from the ocean in northern San Diego county and work in biotech in research and development for products used in DNA and RNA isolation. My company focuses in environmental science- isolation of bacterial DNA in soil, water, plants, food, and blood, but we can work with pretty much anything, including human DNA in forensic samples. I really like my job. Also, I run about 7-8 miles a day and 10-12 miles on weekends. I can't get enough and often wish I didn't have to stop. I look forward to running every day more than anything else. I root for the Oakland Raiders, UCLA Bruins (college football), San Diego Padres, LA Lakers, and I also root for the Yankees (secretly :-). Currently I am in two bowling leagues. My best game so far is a 185 (bowled on 6/27/2008).
