About Me
Currently in a bit of a crisis, trying to work my way through it. I'm not tough, and I've caved in like a kicked puppy, seems like. My new therapist tells me that this year, my "bathtub is full", and I need to let out some of the water. I don't want to wear out my friends, and looked on the Internet to see who is out there to help. I've been hurting, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and I'm reaching out for help and encouragement. I know I will get through this either way, but don't want to do it alone, because it won't get better that way, it will only prolong it. I am seeing a psychotherapist now, and it's working, it's helping, she's asking me the right questions! Making me search myself - this is good, I've needed that. I want friends who understand and will kick me in the pants if I need it, and but who will be compassionate, too. And someday soon when I'm better, I want to do the same for others. I grew up in an AA family, I understand tough love. I'm just not good at applying it to myself. I'm in a relationship with a great guy, and this crisis time has tested us, but we're strong, and good together. Thanks for listening... I am getting better!

Dear One, Try this chant. "I am breathing in happiness and I am breathing out fear." Do this 3 times with in and out breaths. That will get you all the spirit oxygen you need to get cemtered. OK there may be days you have to do it like a hundred times to get centered. That's ok! We have all been there. Now look at me, a camel. Look at my hump. What do you think is in there? We all have a spiritual hump so to speak--think of it in your case as a back-pack! So everyday pack it up with the things you can't live with out--hope, faith, patience, unconditional love, forgiveness. You can add and shuffle and it doesn't even matter if you don't know what faith means right now. Bring it along and let it do the heavy lifting! Notice where the back pack falls--right over your heart chakra. . Think--How would my heart treat me? You deseve to be loved by your heart. It's a great one!! You are going to be so alright. Enjoy the journey. The fact that you have so many questions is brilliant. You often know the person by the questions they ask. Yours rock!! You are a blessing to all! You are using your voice for alot of people who can't get past their silence yet. You are a rock star!!! Blessings, Christmas Camel
