My nickname is Lap. I am a vortex in the universal energy field. I'm also a Buddhist, Wife, Mother, Great-Aunt, Mother-In-Law (now that's a hoot)!, Sister, Daughter, Fifty-two, Retired, Capricorn. On the Chinese calendar, I was born in the year of the sheep/goat. Earth. Caregiver to two dogs and one cat.
I first joined the B'net community in 2007, after being diagnosed with uni-polar disorder (clinical depression), and have found the support and comfort of a great many people walking the same path of living with a chronic mood disorder.
