About Me
I would do anything to brag on my God and to lead someone to christ.
I was on drugs for over 25 years Herion,Cocain strated at age 22, and of corse I went on the goverment program Methadon for two years but that did not help that was just another legal way of getting high, that was worst then any drug it effects the bones in the body years after I stop using it, I try a lot of things pills also but my drug of choice was herion.
I was recently divoce from first husband my childrens father two girls, at the time I was married to him, I did not take drugs at all, it was a emoitional abusive marriage he was a alcholic.
Then I met someone who treated me better & I though this was the one well I started using drugs in this relatioship, I'm not saying he force me to take drugs because he did not, but I wanted to try it to see how it felt.
It was down hill from then on, I lost my job, I had to get on wellfare, my kids were small, I thank the Lord today that they were never taken from me. I was told by a lot of people that I looked like the walking dead, get help or laid down and die, and I did feel that way a lot of times espeacailly when I was in pain & could not get the drugs my body was craving.
I almost went to jail, my doctor told me that I would be dead within six months to a year, The man I'm married to now he was on drugs also but he was hiding it from me and I was hiding it from him, then after we found out about one another we started selling drugs and things out the house to get high, our life was a mess 14 years ago. Then God sent Pastor Gaspar Anastasi (BISHOP NOW) to Far Rocaway Queens NY to save the lost and I was one of them. I went over to the tent a few times but I did not know my husband was going over to the outreach Tent where the Bishop and his Saint were winning souls for Jesus. I did not want to hear it, but Nick my husband left me and went back with them to Freeport NY where they had a Christian NEW LIFE CENTER FOR MEN & WOMEN it was a 15 month Bible Based program.
I prayed to God and asked Lord I will do this program if you promise me that I will never go through withdrawral pains glory be to God I never had a pain. After three months of fighting the spirit of drugs I went in to the program we graduated together. We both stayed on we started teaching Bible Study,
in our home every wednesday night for over five years.
We went to classes on the word of God for those 15 months durning and after. I so thankful and Grateful to my God for his mercy and grace saving my life and my husbands. God is not a respector of person he will do it for anyone who will surrender there life to him www.wolm.net
