About Me
My favorite things to do are reading, writing, and crafting. The crafts I enjoy are beading, weaving on a hand loom, card-making, and scrapbooking. I am an Aquarius, and am interested in all types of paranormal subjects--ghosts, ufos, etc. I have participated in Reiki training (levels I and II) and enjoy learning about alternative and natural healing. I enjoy learning about history, especially the Roman Republic and Empire and the Colonial history of the US through the Revolution. I like to learn about mythologies and folklore from around the world, and am fascintated by urban legends. I work out in the gym several times a week, and am amazed at how much better I feel emotionally. I am trying to get more in touch with my outdoorsy-side--doing more gardening, hiking, and bicycling.
I would like to meet people who are practicing different types of meditation, because there is no meditation group where I live. I have an interest in neo-paganism, although I'm not really a practitioner. I also would like to meet anyone who is intereted in the same hobbies and subjects I am. I enjoy sharing conversation, ideas, and crafting projects.
