About Me
Wow this is the hard part of joining any group. Well, My name i Debi, I often times go by Dj. A girlfriend nic named me that and it stuck. I am 43 and am about 40 lbs over weight. I have been over weight since I was in 3rd grade and have not been able to take it off and keep it off since then. I have been married twice and during the rough parts of my 1st marriage I ate for comfort as I did as a kid. Now that I am remarried I am with a man who loves women with a few extra pounds. Even thou he loves me the way I am and doesnt want me to loose the weight. I dont want to get any bigger for health reasons. But I want to look good for me.
My girl friend is a member of WW but I cant afford it. So I am trying to find free places that I can get the same results without the $$$ right now.I can buy the WW foods but defenately need the support . I hope I can help others as well.
Recently I found a free group similar to WW that has message boards, groups recipies, challanges, trackers for nutrition and fitness as well as a grocery list section excersises, and a whole lot more.
Nothing can take away from Bnet and I am never going to try, I would rather have countless friends then one enemy. If you want to know more about me or anything you see or read on my journals or groups please let me know.
