About Me
I began to consciously seek a path of awakening when I was 15;
now 40 years ago.
I've practiced Yoga paths for 36 years.
You however may find your way more quickly;
by simply being more attentive along the way.
The Great Yogi Milarepa said;
All the water and drink you’ve consumed
Though beginningless time until now
Has failed to slake thirst or bring you contentment.
Drink therefore this stream
Of enlightenment
mind, fortunate ones.
Isn’t life a journey of awakening to the "one" source of all love & wisdom?
Seeking the universal essence of all that is good?
If life is an adventure in awakening to one's true nature;
I believe the door to awakening is a fearless, open heart.
Thus I'm dedicated to the heart path of the awakened mystics.
Being a New Age Universalist I strive to live in the present,
With my feet on the ground & my heart filled with a Joy,
Which comes when the clouds of judgment disappear.
Seeking happiness within "the One"
I yearn to fully awaken with a universal & idealistic vision.
My heart honors the connectedness of all things,
The goodness of truth, and embraces the blessings of acceptance.
I aspire to embody the qualities of self honesty, compassion, and the grace of light,
Therefore I seek the companionship of souls who honor the light in all.
