My favorite spiritual activities:
Taking my dog Dazee and walking on the beach, in the woods or watching a sunset or sunrise. I enjoy being quiet, breathing in the smells, listening to the sounds, and being quiet within myself. This is how I fill myself with the energy I need to get through the rough patches in life.

My mom Jill, my brother Janson and my dad Guy. Also for my ex Paul who is struggling with alcholism and my friend Mike who is struggling with sobriety.

About Me
I am a 32 yr old woman struggling to find myself. I consider myself to be a kind, loving and giving person and try to do my best. I have lived a hard life, first not by choice and then once I became an adult I continued choosing a hard a way of life. I am searching for something more, a different way of life. Everything I have done up until now has not worked for me. I have come to the realization that what I needed most was to embrace my spirituality. I think then things in life will start to come together for me.
