About Me
Is not religion all deeds and all reflection, And that which is neither deed nor reflection, but a wonder and a surprise ever springing in the soul, even while the hands hew the stone or tend the loom?... from The Prophet, by Kahlil Gibran
I know who I belong to (but I play nicely in the sandbox). I hear the call of my fathers and mothers before me, and seek to be the kind of woman of whom they would be proud. As immense as this universe is, I know that I can control nothing in it except myself, my own words and actions, so I work to always speak and behave courteously and honorably. I seek to raise my children to that same standard of honor.
