About Me
Hi! I am Heide. I am dually diagnose with addiction and mental disorders. I go to mental health therapy once a week for now and I see a psychiatrist every three months. I am also on medication and has to be regulated occasionally. I have a sponsor and have many friends from A.A. I use A.A. to help me try to find solution's to my problems. It is also comforting to be able to share things and realize that these people have been threw it themselves. Like it's no secret and I am not unique. It has been a great help for me because I now know I'm not alone. I found a higher power (Jesus) and I found spirituality. I am at peace and the things that use to baffle me...makes me laugh! It's like I learn a whole new way to live. Many good experiences and many miracles. As for my mental health issues, I have been diagnose with Bi-polar type two, ADHD, OCD, Depression and Anxiety Diorder. It is hard to living with mental diorders and addiction. They run hand in hand. With the bi-ploar I seem to go threw mania stages more that manic. I sometimes get so depress that I wake up in the morning so mad at God for keeping me alive. Than out of no where I am so happy go lucky I don't know what to do with myself. I want to learn more about spirituality and I am out to make new friends. I am pretty much open to anything.

I am so glad you asked to be my friend, Heide! One thing I have realized through delving into myself and my past is, I need to forgive and forget! Whether it be, myself, or someone else. Sometimes, the thought of getting to this place where I can do this, can seem to impossibly painful! I am so glad you are seeking the help of a psychiatrist. It is important, you have a person who is objective in discerning, what is important to keep, and what is important to pitch. I consider myself a major pack rat! If it wasn't for the people in my life I wouldn't have room enough to lay down on my bed! My psychiatrist, cleans out the unnecessary delusional thinking that clogs up my mind, keeping me from living the life I so want to live! I hope we develop a lasting and positive friendship that will help us both reach our goals! Love & Light, Susan
