This symbol stands for Two-Spirit Native people. The rainbow colors and triangle have typically been symbols for all gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered/queer people. With the added feathers encircling these symbols addes the Two-Spirit significance. "Two-Spirit" is a pan-Indian word for all GLBTQ Native Americans.
