hi i'm 52 ,a single mum with 2 sons age 21 and 16 and a daughter who is 19 ,we live in northern England .I'm a vegetarian and love animals - we have 13 pets .I would describe myself as spiritual and peacefull rather than religous ,but i do have a faith in a higher power that created our beautifull world .I love nature ,peacefull surroundings ,walking ,relaxation music ,gardening ,angels and reading books especially Louise Hay ,Doreen Virtue ,Wayne Dyer , Sarah Ban Breathnac.I have joined beliefnet as i'm trying to beat depression holistically ,by being gratefull ,spiritual, helping others and asking for help ,as well as healthy eating ,walking and flower essences and aromatherapy .I often feel lonely so i would love to meet some new freinds on here and we can help each other .I used to work with children and fostered babies and have recently applied to help at our local childrens hospice , where i would love to work.
