Hello Pastorsrus, Thank you for your post. I do love the Lord however, I truly am lost on how to reconnect with him. I remember as a child going to church and attending church camp where I did experience a close bond and a over whelming, warm feeling of his love. But that feeling didn't last long and as time passed I have found myself drifting away from him and in recent years I have found myself struggling with my faith and religion. I say the Lords prayer every night as I lay my head down to fall asleep. I believe there is a higher power I just don't know how to regain that awesome feel I experienced as a child. I am open to suggestions and help. God Bless and have safe and happy day.

WOW! Isn't that the bottom line?... FINDING the TRI-UNE God's WILL...then: FOLLOWING the TRI-UNE God's WILL. God's GENERAL WILL can be found in His WORD. God's SPECIFIC WILL can be found by being controlled and guided by the indwelling God the Holy Spirit...Don't "quench" it!

Hi, Pastor S. I appreciate your wise words of wisdom concerning my recent journal. Thank God for his spirit because the flesh is definitely a sinful tool.
