Jesus said:  “Abide in me as I abide in you.”  This was his way of reminding us of the source of our being.  

At the beginning of the day, say these words, “Abide in me as I abide in you.”  Whenever you think of them during the day, repeat them.  At the end of the day try to recall the situations during the day in which you repeated these words.  What happened as you did?
