Doubt or uncertainty makes most people uncomfortable at least at times. To resolve this uneasiness, people will sometimes tell themselves a story. While it answers the gnawing question for a moment, in the end, the story often takes our energy because we go to great lengths to defend or justify the story. This week, try a different approach. Sit quietly with your doubt or uncertainty.Simply let it be. Note what happens to you as you practice.
