I have been a lurker for quite a while, and have seen that there is so much diversity here. I am the kind of person who easily gets along with just about everybody, and I like to hear what they have to say about their faith, so I can understand where they are coming from. I have an interest in people, and an interest in Truth. I believe both can be found here.

Only God knows what tomorrow will bring, so until then, I'll continue to do what He tells me to! I struggle with chronic pain: Degenerative disc disease, and the depression that comes with it. I was in school to become a pastor, but too many obstacles indicated that it was my will rather than His. However, the Biblical knowledge I gained has been SO awesome!

My beloved suffers from anorexia, depression, and OCD. She got sick 2 years ago, out of the blue. (We have been together for 18 years.) I miss her so much! We have two daughters, ages 12 and 13. I pray a dozen times a day, but still see their eating habits changing. (I believe that this is the reason I am not in ministry today: My family is not in order, and I cannot fix it... I wait for Him to do it, because He is the only one who can.)
