As discussed in my March 4 blog entry, there are SMART Goals and THEN ... there are SMARTER Goals. I LOVE smarter goals because they are EXCITING! And recordable.
What are your goals for today? Make them SMARTER.
My goal for today is to stay on track - literally. I'm going to walk 10,000 steps. I know I can do this, because it's sunny out right now and warm. It's exciting because I'm going to load up my i-Pod with my favorite walking tunes and get my endorphins pumping. Wish me luck. I'm headed out the door NOW .........
