Imagine! Eight years ago, I was way-over-weight and STUCK in a job I did not like; living a compromised life. And now, Our Lady of Weight Loss has shown me the 'lite' weigh!

Thank you so much for leaving your message of hope on my home page. I have been on it for so long with no response I was about to delete it and there you were with such encouraging words. The site you recommend looks great too. I have approximately 175-200 lbs. to lose and I started 2 days ago to cut down on my food intake and think about me and what I'm putting into myself for a change. Your words meant a great deal to me.
