VERY ENCOURAGING WORDS; BE AS GOD ORDAINED YOU TO BE!! I LIKE THAT; IN FACT, I LIKE THAT A WHOLE LOT!!! MY NAME IS DAVID; AND I WANTED TO ASK YOU, WHO ORDAINED YOU? BECAUSE FROM MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORD OF GOD, BEFORE GOD FORMED US, GOD ORDAINED US ALL! MEANING GOD SPOKE WORDS OVER US BEFORE GOD PUT US IN THE WOMB!!! WE ARE ALL ORDAINED TO MY UNDERSTANDING; BUT WHEN THE DEVIL CAME UPON US, THE DEVIL MAKE US GO TO SCHOOL TO BE ORDAINED! WHEN GOD SAID WE WERE ORDAINED BEFORE BIRTH (JEREMIAH 1:5). MANY ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD, AND LIVE THE LIFE THAT IS IN THE WORLD! (THIS IS TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!) FOR EXAMPLE: JOHN 15:18-19, JESUS SAID, IF THE WORLD HATES YOU, YOU KNOW THAT IT HATED ME FIRST. IF YOU WERE OF THE WOLRD(SIGNIFYING THAT WE ARE NOT), THE WORLD WOULD LOVE ITS OWN(OR LOVE YOU). YET BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT OF THE WORLD, BECAUSE I CHOSE YOU OUT OF THE WORLD, THE WORLD HATES YOU!!!!! JESUS SAID: I AM, NOT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! (SIGNIFYING THAT GOD HAS BROUGHT HIS WORLD, TO OUR WORLD!) TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!! GOD BLESS YOU! I STILL LOVE THE CHILD; BUT MUCH REPENTANCE AND SUBMISSION TO JESUS, SEEMS TO BE NEEDED!!! TURN FROM YOUR WAYS AND FOLLOW JESUS WAYS; REPENT!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your kind response on my Ethiopian/Saul post. I always appreciate your interest and the faith that developed in Ethiopia should be very interesting. I have never really looked into it, but considering it's apparent beginning with Philip and the Eunuch, I think I will look into it a little more. I am aware that there were a few notable monks who had service there, but didn't think about the population beyond that. Love ya', Steve Is it PS or BTW- I always read all your posts and and appreciate your spread of God's Word.

Thanks for your wonderful comments on my post "Sad Tears for God's People." Pastor G commented that it seems that people are not converted to Christ but to their denominations. In other words, they are (fill in the blank: Catholic, Methodist, etc)first and Christians second. Both Pastor G and I believe that those that are concverted to their denominations are probably not spirit-led, for God the Holy Spirit, like Jesus and God the Father, see the one chuch Jesus began and not all these denominations, which are mixtures of spiritual truth, spiritual error and doctrines of men. Your point about discussing Jesus with those from other faiths is well-taken. I've had online contact with Hindus who say they follow Jesus as well. While we know that God is not pleased with blended religion, it's interesting to see their perspective. Have a wonderful day in Him, Pastor S

Thanks for your warm comments on my post- "To See or Not to See: Light is the Question". I guess I missnamed it though. Maybe it should say, "... Light is the Answer". Of course you can see I was thinking of Shakespeare when I named it. I especially liked your comment on God being Who He chooses whenever He chooses. I suppose you noticed the references weren't random, but in the natural order they appear in the Scriptural text. It's where I happen to be in daily reading, whether from the Old (Genesis through Malachi) or New (Matthew through Revelation). I read longer passages from the Old so I always finish the Old and New at the same time before beginning again. Though I may sometimes have cross references added so that is why sometimes a post from my daily reading may sometimes have cross references that weren't a part of my daily reading. Love ya', Steve
