Hello...I joined this community because I am considering converting from Protestantism to Catholicism. I accepted Christ in 2000 and was baptized in 2001. At the end of 2006, I started to explore Catholicism after becoming troubled by questions of authority and denomiations in the Protestant realm. I would not consider myself Protestant anymore, as I do not believe in key Protestant beliefs. I agree with many teachings of the Catholic Church, but am trying to decide if I am ready to commit myself to the Church...for life.

I'm hoping to learn about Catholicism while also contributing my thoughts about general topics on Christianity and my experiences as a Protestant.
