Pardon quare_id facias
Hi. Just saw your Catullus quote above. I love that poem too. And I'll never forget my old Latin professor Palmer Bovie standing up and tap dancing to show us the meter. And the ellisions Od_et amo, quare_id facio, etc.
I am so greatful that someone like you exists to take the time. Around 3-19 somone wrote, "Not true. Without Christian Europe and America backing Jewish myths of origin including the myth of God giving Abraham the deed to Canaan, Israel would never have come into existence in 1948" And your wrote,"Nope, sorry. That is not true, as I have demonstrated above."
Would you please e-laborate? I would be eternally grateful...as I do so love myths. You can respond in kind--well, kinda, sorta, maybe in your already busy lifestyle with your blogs. Thank you so much. And I do mean this.
nieciedo, a virtual hug isn't the same as a real life hug, but as I said in one of my posts to you, sometimes I am a fool and sometimes I do foolish things and sometimes those momentary acts of utter foolishness come down to offering huge VIRTUAL BEAR hugs to people I've just met.
It is said that a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet. Sometimes this is actually true.
((((((((((((( nieceido ))))))))))))
P.S. I like your posts.
I wish you the best and hope things go well, I do hope you continue to be the best person you can be-Nathan.
you should go to seminary.. you have great knowledge of Halacha
Hi Nieceido - You became a beautiful blond! Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much I enjoy readying your posts when I find them in all our goofy J. discussions. Shalom dear heart - your Home page is interesting too. From chanalee
I would like to ask you who you think 2nd Samuel 7:14 is speaking of?????I do hope you will respond to me!Is it David? Or could it be Nathan?
I too am a big fan of strategy games! I haven't played Civ4 because I need a new computer to do so.. but do you ever play Civ3? I'd love to play sometime if you do! Anyway, just had a wonderful Shabbat and decided I'd pop on here and see about making some new friends. Hope to hear from ya! Shalom! ;)
Hey Dan. I see we've all made a new friend on the Judaism forums. Thanks for being so clear-headded and thorough--it's definitely appreciated by us "non-Jews" :-).
