well today is my firast day without smoking and drinking coffee, it also happens to be fast sunday. so to say the least it has been a very interesting day. Ive been on edge alot and kinda snippy with julie. I'll have to ask for forgivness on that one. But i feel like im doing the right thing by quitting these things it will be better for me in the long run.

church was very interesting today people got up and gave their testamonys about faith and church it was good to hear all the people talk about the ways they knew the church was true.
