    It has been a good week!

    It has been a good week for me.  I joined Richard Simmons and have been sticking to my meal plan.  Now I need to get my exercise program in high gear.  I bought a treadmill several months ago and I need to start using it every day.  My problem is that I start out well and end up fizzleing out.  It gets very discouraging after a while.  Tomorrow is the day to get it off of the ground again.  One of the biggest problems is getting up at 4:00 in the morning.  It is very hard.  We will see if I can do it.

    Having Difficulty

    I am really having a difficult time finding the time to log my meals.  Between work, school and everything else I am at a loss as to when I will get on the computer.  I guess one of the things I will have to do is just to log on paper and then transfer once a week to the journal.  Maybe that way it will help me to do this.  We went to San Diego over the weekend and I ate wayyyyy too much.  I have not been on the scale in I don't know how long.  Maybe it is time to see what I really weigh.  I have got to do this.  It is getting very uncomfortable to carry this weight.  My ankles and legs hurt and so do my feet.  Sitting and lying down are uncomfortable as well and my stomach has been giving me problems again.  I think it is time to just do this and stop making excuses for myself.

    Starting

    This is the beginning of journaling for weight loss.  Sunday will be my start date.  I have to work this around work and school.  I am hoping that I will have time to post every day.  I guess what I should do is post my food and whatever exercise I get that day when I first get on the computer and before checking in on my class.  Hopefully by journaling my food every day I will be able to get some control over my food and if others see this it will make me more accountable regarding my eating habits and I will think before putting something in my mouth.  It will also help me to see where my problems lie.
