Status: MemberDescription: We all want to be at peace, to live in peace and to see our loved ones living peaceful lives as well. We want to see the hectic world around us at peace. We know that God holds a vision of peace for each of us and for the world, and that he wants us to be living peaceful lives and to be loving towards one another. God holds the gifts of true and lasting peace. It is primarily through prayer and selfless acts of kindness, compassion, generosity and charity that God’s vision for our lives unfolds. Through prayer God gives unconditionally of his ocean of grace, and our hearts are set at peace. We each hold peace in our hearts. We call this peace the spirit, the breath of God, our life. God transforms our hearts and minds into beacons of serene joyous light. God’s light radiates to everyone we encounter, everyone we touch, everyone in the world we pray for. By re-dedicating our lives to God in word and action God is enthroned in our hearts. Praying to God for peace, God bestows his grace, he takes away our pain, grief, sadness, distress, and darkness, and he gives us refuge, protection, healing and sets our hearts at peace. As a prayer group committed to seeing God’s vision of peace established in the world, we can join our hearts together in prayer, in devotion, in love. We can make a difference. We can change the world !

Status: MemberDescription: "The message of The Divine Mercy is simple. It is that God loves us — all of us. And, he wants us to recognize that His mercy is greater than our sins, so that we will call upon Him with trust, receive His mercy, and let it flow through us to others. Thus, all will come to share His joy." Jesus' Call to Mercy: "I demand from you deeds of mercy, which are to arise out of love for Me. You are to show mercy to your neighbors always and everywhere. You must not shrink from this or try to excuse or absolve yourself from it. I am giving you three ways of exercising mercy toward your neighbor: the first — by deed, the second — by word, the third — by prayer. In these three degrees is contained the fullness of mercy, and it is an unquestionable proof of love for Me. By this means a soul glorifies and pays reverence to My mercy. Many souls ... are often worried because they do not have the material means with which to carry out an act of mercy. Yet spiritual mercy, which requires neither permissions nor storehouses, is much more meritorious and is within the grasp of every soul. If a soul does not exercise mercy somehow or other, it will not obtain My mercy on the day of judgment. Oh, if only souls knew how to gather eternal treasure for themselves, they would not be judged, for they would forestall My judgment with their mercy" (1317). "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in Him may not perish but have life everlasting. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn it, but to be its savior." John 3:13

Category: Catholic GroupStatus: MemberDescription:
The Militia of the Immaculata (MI) is a worldwide evangelization movement founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe in 1917 that encourages total consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mary as a means of spiritual renewal for individuals and society. The MI movement is open to all Catholics. It employs prayer as the main weapon in the spiritual battle with evil. MIs also immerse themselves in apostolic initiatives throughout society, either individually or in groups, to deepen the knowledge of the Gospel and our Catholic Faith in themselves and in others. Marian consecration is a formal act of self-giving that does not stop at Mary, but is Christ-directed. It is really consecration to Jesus. The MI's mission is "To Lead Every Individual With Mary to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus." By joining the MI, members become willing instruments of Our Lady, the woman foreshadowed in Genesis 3:15. She leads them to personal sanctification, the conversion of Church opponents and ultimately the universal reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
