At the beginning, diving into a light meditation –for a few minutes, look at your mind. Watch its (subconscious mind’s) movements and activities. Don’t obstruct in its any activity –let it go in its own style. Only keep a conscious eye on it. Look– that what it is doing, what it is saying, what it wants and thinking… … watch that what are appearing on the screen of mind.
Practice this ‘MahaYoga’ at least four times a day.
After practicing this Yoga at least one month, in this manner, then you can keep a close watch on the activities of mind –during leisure hours –at intervals of your works. You have nothing to do more.
By practicing this ‘MahaYoga’, –consciousness of your conscious mind will be increased gradually, and with it, your subconscious mind also will become under control.
Here, very briefly I have described about ‘MahaYoga-8’. If you want to practice it rightly, then you have to read ‘MahaVad’ and with it also you have to get help of ‘MahaYoga’ audio CD. But yet this valuable book and the CD are available in Bengali language only. I hope in near future these would be available in other languages. Thank you.
