Yesterday was a day of Independance, and my neighbor was extremly rude, after my cookout ended, her children were playing ball in my drive-way, I nicely asked them to stop, so the oldest daughter comes out mouthing, yelling and screaming,I asked her to get her mother, and explained that I'm not a child, and will not tolerate her mouth, she punched me in the mouth, and broke my tooth, I'm pressing charges, and on my way to the dentist, I just got my braces of last July, my teeth are sensitive, $4200. down the drain. I'M VERY UPSET!

Today I'm still waiting on a follow-up call, or for an officer to return to the neighbors house to gather the information needed for me to file this criminal complaint.

I have never experienced such negligence in my life, I had a Sgt come to my house while on vacation last week, he refered me to a community relations officer, who also hasn't returned my phone calls.

This incident took place on July 4th, and it's now the 22nd of July, I'm trying to gather 705.00 for my tooth repair, which is the co-pays, Aetna covers the balance which was $2,700.00 for the total bill. I need root canal, and either a cap or crown, it's the lower level in the front, I feel horrible when I smile. And when I look in the mirror, it reminds me that I wanted to punch her, but my girlfriends held me back.

I know it wouldn't have been the Christian thing to do, but I was damn MAD!
