Mature Individuals Sharing Freely In True Spirit
Embracing yourself and others as a whole. A feeling of belonging for those of us who don't quite fit into a particular group or religion. I came up with this idea, because sometimes I feel like a "misfit" I want to 'fit in' and 'belong' but I don't like to have to join 100 groups just because my interests are so varied *smile*
Basically, this is a group for those of all faiths, whether you are religious, spirtitual or just a "spiritual shopper" and don't know where you quite fit in. (Like me)
In this group, we will share our lives, and our beliefs, opinions, and ideas.
Think of it as a hodge-podge, or mix-match blend of all walks and all paths ~ in unity. Learning, sharing and growing through this connection.
I am glad I joined MISFITS, for I am a Ronin (New Age) and I feel that Beliefnet must have recognition for Ronins. Until that time comes, this will have to do. With other religions like Freemasonry, Gnosticism, Voudou and Yarouba not classified in Beliefnet, it is best that MISFITS members address their religious faith (whatever it may be) and be proud of it.
