There is a saying, that if you dont stand for somehthing, you"ll fall for anything. Well America, this is your time to stand, or fall. I believe we now have a Government who is testing us, to see how much we will accept. I also believe, we are unfortuantely, passing their test.

We, on a daily basis are given double speak, from the head of our Governement. One day he says one thing, the next day another. Some people see that as a willingness to be open minded. While others see it as governing without principle. You decide.

We try enemies (people caught on the battlefield with ill intent) as if they were our next door neighbors. As if they deserve the same rights of all Americans. Yet, while we are giving terrorists rights,  slowly our rights, are being taken away, under the guise , its for our own good. We are constantly being told, that we are a Nation of Laws. While these laws, only seem to apply, to the middle class. Or maybe its  only the middle class, who believes in them?   

Our Government makes bad decisions, and then expects us to pay for them. In the past two years, when millions of Americans have lost their jobs, homes, and savings. More Government officials became millionaires, by 16%! Let's remember, we pay them, and they are suppose to be servants of the people!

We have people in government, who forget to pay their taxes, while they are writing more tax laws for us. We have men in government for over thrity years, who believe they are THE government. They have a system, that allows them to do what they will. Do you know, that there is a law, that allows government officials, to write new rules when needed. Which gives them premission to go around the very laws, they dont wish to follow? Guess what kind of attitude comes out of that?

Americans have become too compliant.

 The ACLU is always on the job,  to make sure no ones rights are being violated, or denied. They are there, to make sure no Cross, is on government property. After all , who would want a Cross, anywhere in government? Government has become the real opposition to  that Cross, and in the right, it perseves. Government has lost its soul. Being politically correct, has killed it, while it seeks to annhiliate, TRUTH.

Did you know, real Communists are in Obamas, GOVERNMENT? They are also  leaders of some of the Labor Unions. Yet we stay compliant, numbing ourselves, to the fact, that this is after all, America. Crosses, NO! Communinsts, SI!

 We have people telling us, our Healthcare costs will be lowered. We knew they wouldnt, yet we remained, compliant. We are being told, lies daily, coming directly from the White House, yet we somehow, still want to believe?

And now for the worst sign of our collective compliance. The new TSA invasion of our personhood. Children being touched by strangers. Something in the real world, we would be fighting to protect them from. Now, we give them up willingly, for what? Because we are being told, its for our own good?

 An Isreali security offical put it best, he said, 99% of people  traveling, are good people. They would never do this to their people. They are far too intellegent to submit willingly to something that humiliates humanity. Why? Because they know first hand, what being too compliant can do.

For some reason, our government wants its citizens to be their target? It seems we have become their  focus. We are now more suspect, than the bad guys. Why? Because we have become too compliant. We allow Political Correctness, to warp our minds. Our government fights to give better treatment to terrorists in Gitmo? Why? So that we look good to the rest of the world? I think we are seen as the fools we are, to the rest of the world. At least on this issue.,

We have become too easy going, too accepting, too compliant. We question constantly religions role in our lives. Yet we seem to give government a free pass. Media no longer askes the right questions. Nor do they seek the truth. Why? Because even they, have become too compliant..to governments wishes. Religion cant hurt the individual seeking to understand it. While goverment can harm us all.   

 Goverment believes in magic. It uses " slight of hand". It makes us look in one direction, while we are busy raising our hands, over our head, at the ariport.  It is slowly forcing us to comply with what we dont want. Why? For our own good, of course!

 Isn't that what they told folks in WWII, as they prepared them for shippment? No, the TSA's new program isnt the same, but slowly, little by little, we are becoming as compliant. I often wondered why so many Jews allowed themselves to walk into those trains? Why they didnt they, en mass, jump the few guards with guns, who were pushing them onto the trains? The answer is twofold. First,  they could never believe their government could do anything to harm them. Secondly, they had become extrermly COMPLIANT, to those who told them, it was all, for their own good!          

 PS..if you want an exception that gets you past TSA's molestation policy..BUY A BURKA!

PPS..Israel's security askes travelers  questions, while looking them in the eye. American intelligence? Seeks answers to terrorism, by looking between your legs!

For those of us who lived in a time, when the Office of the President meant something. We have seen as of late, the Oval Office of President, once held in high esteem, turn into the butt of a joke.

For me, it began with Bill Clinton's affair with Monica L. He could have had his ego stroked anywhere. But instead his lack of respect for that Office and its history, was lost to his egos need. The Oval Office, holds little meaning for today's generation. They have lost completely, the meaning of sacred. And it will be this generations loss.

Reverence, is not only a word, its a spiritual feeling. Something few young people see as viable, or valuable, today. Reverence inspires respect. It fills a person with the sense of his soul. It invokes awe. It calls upon a person to listen quietly to the sound of God. Reverance is the quiet respect given to something, that we dont initiate. It is initiated in us, because of the respect we hold for something greater than ourselves. Its feeling is eternal, because it lives as one of the ETERNAL TRUTHS.. And it is being lost.

This President came in with an aura, some called "messiah like". I believe, he has turn that respect, into something less, than that Office deserves. 

I believed it was tarnished by Clinton, and made a frat house, by Obama. Obama has gone from community organizer, to " King", to frat house member. All within, less than two years time. And now his lastest appearance of desparation was on John Stewarts program, where he was inadvertantly, the butt of Stewarts jokes.   

Most folks in his camp, will continue to make  excueses, saying he's reaching out to the young peoples vote. And as the media continues to attempt to sure up his stature, he seems to find ways, to override, those attempts. What I am seeing, is more than the actions of a desperate man. I'm seeing a whole generation, that has lost the meaning of integrity. Who will justify any means, to hold on to, what they believe they can lose. No matter how low they need to go, and what they have to forego, to get it. Lets not fool ourselves to believe this is perserverance, its not, its prostitution.

  I always believed Barack Obama was the Wizard of Oz. A man, who when found out, would prove to not be who he said he was. And as time goes by, I see him more now, as an intellectual,  who has not a smathering of class, integrity or dignity. Who has sunk himself, to a new low. Who now feels the need, to call into the White House, five young bloggers, from the extreme left. The five were chosen, not for thier insights, but got there, because their nasty words, proceeded them. Where has all his glory gone?    

This my friends, I believe, is the result not of one man. But of a culture, who has lost its way. Who because they wanted no rules, lifted them. But when that happens, so goes ones purpose to be above certain things.  With the lifting of rules, so goes the respect for them. With the lifting of rules, boundries also get lost.  Without boundaries, barriers are broken. And that can lead to unintended evils. For when you forego all rules, you lose a sense of dignity, and it can be replaced with insolence, or audacity. That attitude asks less of one purposeful good. And instead, becomes open to the belief, that the "ends justify the means". Leaving no one, innocent, and nothing, sacred.

Truth than is lost. And with it, the spiritual feeling one gets, when connected to  something GREATER THAN self.

If we lose our inner values, which at times ask us to live by certain rules. We also lose Gods Church, that lives within. Reverance, is the feeling that comes, from the recognition of that Church. Its the feeling that fills our being with light. Principles and Values, have meaning. Good Character has meaning. Integrity has meaning, along with reward.

Once we lose sight of the sacred, we make ourselves lesser than who we are.  We make a King, a fool. We choose the power of dirt, over the sacred cleanliness of God.

When you want to inspire people with Hope, the first thing one needs is Faith. President Obama's faith, was in his policies. Policies he believed would feed his idea of Hope and Change. What he forgot was, what gives people hope... is inspiration! And one cant be inspired by something thats not greater than, the will of man. 

In his zeal to equalize us all, he never saw  the real danger of equalization. Its called  "flat-lining!". He forgot that you cant up-lift anything, if you believe your already, at the top. You cant make Americans feel good about themselves, when you spend much of your time, putting down one half of the Nations, people! You cant honestly inspire the whole Nation, when you make it your job, to put down, our other half.

You wanted to sell us hope, but you ignored what it takes to have hope. You cant inspire us to go forward, when all you do is look back, to place blame. Something you told us early on, we shouldnt do. You cant lead ALL OF US, when your focus is  on those who only see things your way!. You cant convince us that you are fixing our problems, when you insist on giving away your responsibility for it.

You cant take away our free market system, by replacing it, with government ineptitude, or pandering to unions.  Both Unions and Government,  never reward exceptionalism. And this Mr President, is the real crux of your problem. You have attempted to take away American Exceptionalism. Replaced it, by throwing your complete support behind mediocrity, or even worse, less.

When your ideology is to demonize, smear, or distort the truth, about those who create jobs; where do you expect, America to go? Your desire to fix the middle class cant happen, if you go out campaigning against half of them. 

Hope and change, can only come through Faith in something that lifts us up. In this Country, our faith is tied into our belief, that we are exceptional. Exceptionalism's meaning, has nothing to do with arrogance. Exceptionalism, means unusual. Unusual in the respect of who we believe ourselves to be. We see ourselves as the whole of  the world. For every country in the world lives here. That is indeed, exceptional. Every relgion is represented here. This is who we are. We are a melting pot, of the worlds best. The fearless, who left their homes to face the unknown. Thats exceptional and even more importantly, unusual, for most men to do! 

Most pundits believe its the economy that's bringing our Country down. Its not! Its seeing that what you wanted to give us, is far less, than who we are. Far less, then who we believe ourselves to be. Far less, in your vision for us.

You wanted to sell us hope, but you sold America's Soul, in the process.

We have to again, put our priorities in order. We can no longer allow you to separate us, for your political needs. We will not be separated, as black folks, or union members or those who you believe you represent. We thought you were the ONE. Instead, you proved to be no different from all the rest.

We thought you would unite us again , in the belief that we are exceptional!. We wanted you to see all of us, as good people, even those who didnt support your party. We wanted to see the  best of who we are. Not against the world, but as the best examples, of it  We never wanted freedom for ourselves alone. We loved our Country so much, that we wanted to bring our freedoms, to the rest of the world. That is our exceptionalism. "We the people", are believers. For we know, that when you really love yourself, you love others, as yourself.

Its that, Mr President, that "we the people" have come to know,  you didn't deliver!  

What's wrong with America today is, that we bought into government, as our source of power.. We bought into the health of America, buy watching the Stock Market. We bought into a Governments ideas, of what's best for US. Forgetting that it was our responsiblity to do whats right. It was our over spending, as well as theirs. And its time we realize that what we do, they do more! As much as government shouldnt be in our lives, it has intruded into it none the less. And we allowed for it to happen.

Government should have little influence in our daily lives. Its not our source of income, faith, or individual being. Government will effect us, however, if we are dependent on it, or unless we work for it. And believe me, we have come to work more for it, than it does for us! We have come to believe,  that we think in a right or left world. Never seeing that a true enlightened being, uses both sides of his brain! 

So how about we begin to see both parties as both sides of our brain. 

When the right is in power, we have been brainwashed into believing that they support  Big Business. As if people don't go to work everyday, working for some business that may be big or small? They are seen as being in support of the money men. What is never said, is maybe they are the people who supply our jobs? Since when in America has profits or business become a bad thing? Since when has the right side of our brain become more selfish than the left? Isnt the right side in control of our creativity? Isnt that the side that invents and invests in the jobs?

When the left is in power, we have been brainwashed into believing that they support the workers of the world. As if the right sides creativity, doesnt produce anything? The left supports Unions. They also support trial lawyers, actors, TV techs, and government workers. Which if your using you left brain, you might believe you are the doer. You will believe this is the more logical thing to do.  However, we all know, that the right side of the brain, controls the left , and the left side controls the right. So in reality, both sides really interplay with the other, for balance, and well being.

This is whats not happening in America today! We have been too busy, segmenting who does what for whom! We have been led by a government who gets votes based upon what they can do for us. Both sides of our brain, has looked not to whats right, but whats in iT for me! Maybe its time America begins to use both sides of her brain, for whats best for the WHOLE of who we ARE!  

Lets begin to look back to what is right, rather than whats in it for me! Lets see US as our way out of this funk! Let us love who we are again! Lets not allow anyone to inflict their guilt, on us , ever again! If we have sinned, its been the sins of our Governments past decisions, and our apathy, about what was being done..that got us here!

Government cant grant us, salvation! It is above their pay-grade! It can only make attempts at doing whats right...and that doesnt belong to one party or the other. It belongs soley to men whose character needs to be above reproach. This begins with us! We can no longer blame the other part of our brain, for whats our repsonsibilty. We cannot let them lie, and blame them for doing so, if we lie, ourselves. We need men who tell the truth to power. As well as men, who vow to tell the truth to everyone! They can be in politics, but as President Reagan said, we must "trust buy verify". To do this we need to be their watchdogs, just to keep them honest. And if this is our mind at work, so too, do we need to do what we say....when we say it!

America is the most productive people in the world. We love being that. We love DIY. We love making things. Government has placed too much importance in giving money to mediocrity, than to things that might change the world. Instead of building bridges to nowhere...how about building on some new ideals? How about commiting yourself, to being honest with Americas' people?

We have seen Americas underbelly. Which when revealed to her, caused her much discontent. Its her having to see how much "take" there was, and how little "give". How greed overpowered our good!

 The only way this cannot happen again, is if we seek to represent more the truth of God, than government! If we at least attempt to live without lies, we then will be better able to see who the liars are!

Lets be creative. Lets seek to be our own successful business. And for that to happen, we need to be self reliant, and self sufficient. And not ever seek to be, government dependent! I spent the morning listening to some of our government representatives. What I heard, was the same old spin. One side wanting to procure you to what they think, over and over again. They aren't the people with new ideas...WE ARE.

They have no new course for America. They still are giving us the same old worn ideas...and no one yet, has given America what she really wants...HER IDEALS!

To have a place to go, you need to see how to get there. You need to know that your efforts arent just for the moment, but for a better vision of tommorrow. It seems we thats what we have been looking for government to do. What we already know, what we must do.

They seek power first, we seek Justice first. They seek to win elections, we seek to do whats right, for everyone. They seek to establish a career, we seek to establish honor within ourselves.  They take polls to know what we want. We know what we want, but in the future we must know who we want, when we go to the polls. They poll to understand us better, they should instead seek to KNOW THEMSELVES BETTER. They have a philosophical blindness, that seeks to satisfies only the side they are on. While we seek to do whats right, for US ALL. 

NO MORE!... Will we make government more powerful than God.

 We will stand on principles that go beyond political gain.  We will not accept the same old BS , same old talking points, same old tricks. From now on, we will demand PROOF! When they say something that they did, we must ask them WHAT, WHEN and WHERE. When they say they want to help the middle class, we must ask them not to fool us, by giving it to us in one hand, and taking it out of the other.

Its time we get above Government. For when you get above something, it no longer can rule your life. You have gone beyond it. And from that position, you can see God more closely, and put Government in its proper place.

Its our turn to define who we are...no longer are we going to accept what the government or the media says of us...We know who we are, we love who we are...and we will make sure, they know who we are, as well!. It will now be their turn to show us, what they're doing, that is right for US ALL! 

If you have read any of my posts, you know that I am not in favor of placing blame. I much prefer, people taking full responsiblity for what they do and say. After all , if you've had a hand in something, if it doesnt work out, like any mistake, you should accept it, and remember it, the next time your in that same position. I love being responsible. Becuase its my life that I cherish. Both my learning experiences and the things I got right, first time around.

With that said, the thing that bothers me most, and I know I'm not alone , is how our Government finds everyone but themselves, to blame.

Finally someone wrote the TRUTH about those in whom we have placed such power. Finally someone saw the truth, and expressed it! Finally someone got it right!
