One of the lies told us by government is that they are increasing the wealth of the poor by taking more from all of us, to distribute more to those in need. They liken this philosophy to the loaves and the fishes..but one thing may be missing, the true intention and miracle that is Christ!
When the food was multiplied, no one was hired on as an employee of Rome, or even as a disciple of Christ to go and purchase more food, for Christ knew in His state of mind, all will be provided for. No government intervention, necessary!
People in those times had little, but it had nothing whatsoever to do with what they had. All they needed was the ability to believe in a miracle, that in itself, opens up one to the right mind. No miracle can be accepted or seen, when miracles arent acceptable to the philosophy of a mans mind. Just as with hypnosis, the subject has to be open to what they dont know.
Im not saying that Christ induced mass hypnosis, but what if He lifted them into a state of mind filled with the abundance and satisfaction that lives in their immortal soul? Would that not have been a miracle? Would not those thousands fed, have taken less, because they felt filled?
I believe that is what Spirituality is all about. I know that with Christ, my needs are both met, and my desires for more "things" are not my priority....I purchase only that, which I need.
Greed therefore,is not a product of the rich man..its the action of men who lack the abundance of their Soul. Its the false satisfaction of those who seek to be fulfilled by things outside themselves. Its our need to be entertained, rather than be self contained.
Capitalism is not the creator of greed. Its ones lack of inner fulifilment that desires more from without, then from within.
One cant blame a system that feeds the world, helps the poor, and devotes itself to helping those who cant help themselves, and then say its a system that promotes greed? Like with all things, its never the system that fails us, it is the misuse and corruption of men who use the system for their own needs.
What is the difference between a socialist who says they wish to help the less fortunate by allowing them to seek their aid only from an outside source? Where are they directing those who are in need? To a place that will aways keep them looking outside themselves? A place of poverty everlasting...rather than a Kingdom with riches waiting for them, within.
When we make use of Christ as our Savior..we must remember he saves us where we need to be saved! No government can give a man his Souls worth..and without that, they will never be able to be lifted out of the poverty they will have, not knowing their own worth!
To lift someone up as Christ did, to his/her own self worth is the only way out of ones belief in lack. A belief that someone will give them what they need, rather than showing them they are the fisherman themselves!
Capitalism allows a man to fulifill his purpose..and poverty is not the purpose of any man of God. God is alive in each and every man..because of the abundance of SOUL. There is no such thing as a poor soul, only a man who has yet to see his own worth.
Asking for help when a person is temporaily in need, is not the same as misdirecting them to become soley, wards of the state. For that in effect, keeps them from ever seeing thier own worth..that abundant state of mind! If we truly wish to use Christ as our example.. then Charity should be used to show a man his worth..as Christ did with the loaves and the fishes.. anything less than that leads to men on the path to dependance..which is the enslaver of every man whose master, isnt God.
