I read a lot and listen to a wide variety of music. For some of my reading interests, see below. As for music...where do I begin?? Santana has been a long time favorite. So have U2, Dire Straits, Fleetwood Mac. Then, there is the classical and baroque, celtic, Middle Eastern, Spanish and South American, world music...
Who Inspires Me:
My life and my work are inspired by the writings of Walt Whitman, Rumi, St John of the Cross, Mother Julian of Norwich, Thomas Moore, William James, Emerson, Carl Jung, James Hillman, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, the Dalai Lama, readings from the Bible, the Upanishads, Buddhist and Jewish scriptures and so many, many more..
My favorite spiritual activities:
Meditation, which is more a way of life than an 'activity'. Playing my guitar and singing. Working on my laptop.

Among other things, I am a mentor in personal and spiritual development as well as a writer and a mother.Each of these gives me occasion to experience more and more of that ocean that I am and to meet others in that same ocean.
One of my favorite things to do, and which I lead meditation groups in at the end of a practice session, is to exchange the greeting of Namaste – the divine that I am greets and honours the divine that you are!Often, we are inspired to acknowledge the many qualities of the divine in our exchange such as “The Joy/Limitlessness/Playfulness that I am greets and honors the Joy/Limitlessness/Playfulness that you are”.
