Back in the day, when I was living in AZ- I used to live 5 footsteps from a local dog park. One of my favorite things to do on a Sunday was take my Red Heeler Barkley to the dog park and throw his tennis ball a million times.. I loved hanging out there with all the Dog Moms and Dads.. it was a cool way to meet people in the neighborhood.. we would all show up with coffee or something to eat and let the furry kids run around, chase each other and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine... I found a couple of videos that have that spirit of Sundays I used to love.. I hope these bring a smile to your face.. By watching these videos, I have to say that we have alot to learn from DOGS about how to spend a Sunday. :) 1. Be friendly! Just walk up to someone You don't know, smile and say Hello! 2. It feels great to be outside without any restrictions.. running can be so liberating! 3. Play is VERY IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL for a happy life! 4. It feels GREAT to be chased after, wrestled with and tickled! 5. Keep things LIGHT and SIMPLE.. When's the last time You wagged Your tail?!?!?! Now if you will excuse me, I have to walk my Cat!! Yes! Cats LOVE Sundays outdoors too!! :P Happy Sunday :) Much Love and Peace, Heather

Have You ever gone through a period of time where You finally feel You have climbed out of a mental, emotional or physical hole? I'm just like alot of people trying to find their way, making sense of all our lifes lessons, ups and downs and earnestly trying to put it all together to allow growth in a positive direction. I feel like I've come back out into the Sunshine again after doing so much self reflection, healing, mental "house cleaning". But no matter what adversity, circumstance or situation-I have ALWAYS believed in a better day. That is the ONE simple thing that kept me hanging on until things, life, etc got better.. So today I am reflecting on this and am very grateful I have friends like You and Angels looking over me to share a story, send a smile, and warm my path when it gets hard to walk.... I want to say THANK YOU for all the Love and Light You send my way in everyway.. That is truly what life is about! I will leave You with my FAVORITE quote and Song of all times along with some other quotes that have always inspired me. ~~~"Love is all we have, the only way that each can help the other." Euripides (C. 480-406 B.C.- Ancient Greek Poet)~~~ My ALL time favorite Song: “When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don't throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer.” ~Corrie Tenn Boom~ If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. ~Michael Jordan~ Giving Thanks for all my WONDERFUL friends today.. Much Love and Peace, Heather
