Every sermon I heard yesterday, was a sermon on anger.  The one thing I learned was that before we confront anyone on anything, we have to settle it with God first. Also I was made to remember that we are commanded to bring every thought captive so that it is obedient to Christ.

Today, I mechanically did this ALL DAY.

Tonight my flesh feels shredded.

Please God, Please be my white knight in shining armour riding in on a white horse to rescue me from the upside downness of this world.
