About Me:
I am a 22 year old fenceman/carpenter who has held an interest in religion since before I was 6 years old. I was first intruduced to religion by my Great Grandma who took me to sunday school with her at a local Church of Christ. When I was 10 I started attending a Church of God of Prophecy with a friend of mine and dabbling in other religious traditions as well. By the time I was in 8th grade I had read the Egyptian Book of the Dead and considered myself a devotee of Amon-Ra. In ninth grade I turned back to the Church of God of Prophecy until in light of 9/11 I read the English Translation of the Qu'ran and for a short time considered converting to Islam. I lost interest in religion shortly there after in favore of politics but a lovely southern angel rekindled the smoldering interest I had. I've cycled through Buddhism, Rastafari, Baha'i, Essene, Messianic, HaDerch, Jaina, and Gnostism and I guess I've kind of brought elements of all of these with me as I continue to try to walk my path in the footsteps of Yahshua ha moshiach. Oh and I still attend that little Pentacostal church where I first got started on my quest.
