Yolaine's mission in life is to help  people and nonprofit organizations discover their true purpose and develop their full potential by teaching them how to communicate with their inner spirit.  She has helped many who are suffering from depression, addictions, anxiety and grief, as well as those who have had near-death experiences.  She believes that if people discovered their authentic purpose and power, we could heal suffering and create heaven on earth.  She has a dream, but she is also a teacher, coach and a non-profit consultant who is rooted solidly in the ground.

Due to deep depression over an abusive relationship, severe anemia and an inability to conceive,  Yolaine Stout, an atheist at the time,  attempted to take her own life in 1982.  During this attempt, she underwent a dramatic spiritual experience that turned her life upside down and her beliefs inside out. This experience was followed by many deep insights and events that led to a dazzling realization about life’s purpose and miraculous gifts we all have.  These revelations finally moved her to leave her 25 year teaching career to devote herself to serving those who question their purpose, value and gifts while here on earth.  As an honors graduate from the UC Berkeley School of Education, Yolaine excelled at developing practical applications, tools or “lesson plans”  that people  and nonprofits could easily use to improve their lives and organizational growth.  Since 2001, she has been combining that teaching experience with her spiritual direction. She is currently finishing her self-help book entitled “Your Blueprint to Passion: A Spiritual Solution to Depression.” and is working with Dr. Kenneth Ring, author of “Lessons from the Light” to develop workshops that teach what is learned in the near-death experience.

Yolaine is the past President of the International Association for Near Death Studies – an organization founded 30 years ago by Dr. Kenneth Ring to research the near-death experience. She has been the contact person for several TV shows and film producers seeking near-death experiencers and has been the featured guest on numerous radio shows including Coast to Coast AM radio.   She has given numerous talks throughout the US, consulted with non-profits on organizational growth and is a life coach who has helped hundreds of clients find purpose and passion in their lives.
