I began the practice of Siddha Yoga in 2002 under the instruction of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda. Up until that time I was at an emotional loss and my understanding or the world and human behavior was shrouded by a veil that acted much like a blindfold.
I’m as a result more receptive to others, have a brighter view of this life, and I seek to gain a deeper understanding of my own Self! I understand that by being in touch with the self I can operate in harmony with all surrounding reality and beings whether ideology paints circumstances one way or another I have the ability to see the truth and not to be bound by limitations of the “social norm”.
I see creation in all things therefore I see the creator in all things where large and small, good and bad, rich and poor are only as significant as the dream itself where I dream myself into being by my connection to the ultimate dreamer, the ultimate mind, the one true Self from which I come into being. Although I am a drop of the ocean, I am still the ocean no matter placement in space, or time. I Am That.
