Thanks for your comment on my journal entry "Thoughts about Death" We are the only animal. that is able to think in about death in the abstract. The fear of death will often prevent us from acting recklessly. This is good. Fear will also prevent us from do thing we really want to, because we are a prisoner of our fears. this brings us misery We will all die and, as you say we have to remain calm at the thought of death This is the only way we can really live
