Krszbc....animal spirit guides are animals that come to you to assist you with something in your life..similar to a guardian angel...they can come in for messages only or act as protecting force for you. Like the guardian angels we has animals that are associated or assigned to us when we are born. What i am picking up for you right now is BEAR...which is a sign of strenght and mediation...with the focusing on mediation...do you do alot of mediation or feel the need to do so...it is brother BEAR that is assisting you with this. The one that is usually called a Power Animal Spirit Guide is the one that is usually assigned to you at birth or one that you pick up along your spiritual path and then stays with you as a teacher and protector. If you want to know your Power Animal...you have to ask yourself a few questions? What is your favorite animal? If you were at the zoo which animal would you go visit first? If you have a collection of any animal calanders, statues, pictures what is it...if one stands out to you that one is usually your Power Animal. EX. for me Wolf, and Black Panther are two of my Power Animals (you can have more than one)...when I was a small child...I loved Black Panthers and that is who I always had to visit first at the zoo...go to the Lion house and see the Black Panthers. When I was 12 I fell in love with wolves..(after having a nightmare about a wolf)--the energy shifted from that...from that time on I had wolf caldendars, blankets, pictures, posters of wolves in my room. I even have a wolf paw print--tattooed on my back...so Wolf is with me wherever I go..lol I guess you can say he is watching my back. A good reference book to look at is ...Animal Spirit Guides...by Dr. Steven Farmer...(husband to doreen virtue)...he also has a weekly radio show...Animal Spirit Guides...on Hay house radio.com at 4pm Eastern on Wed...
