My goal is to work to more closely integrate my faith life with the rest of my life. I've committed myself to work in human rights (both domestic and international) for many years and have also studied theology pretty extensively. Now, after many years away from any church, I'm trying to integrate this more explicit Catholic spirituality involved in my daily life. Social action and serving others has been my primary tool of praying, but it is an interesting process to begin to learn other ways of expressing Christian spirituality.
